What we take care of
- The thinking. What to post, when, and why it suits your hotel and your season.
- The making. Posts, reels, captions and creative direction.
- The planning. A calendar for the month, so nothing gets decided in a panic on a Tuesday.
What stays yours
- Your accounts and your logins. We never need them.
- The final say. Nothing appears under your name that you have not seen first.
- What goes out and when. You can move a post, cut one or hold the whole week.
- Your ad spend, which stays in your account and never comes near ours.

We do the groundwork once, so everything after it is informed rather than guessed.
We get to know your hotel properly: your rooms, the guests you actually get, how your high season differs from your low one, and what you want to be known for.
Step 1: Upload your photos and videos
You drop your raw material into a shared Google Drive folder. Photos, clips, whatever you've taken at your hotel. We’ll curate through your selection and give you tips on what to take based on the content we have planned.
Step 2: Content creation
Once we have your assets, we make the content for the month: posts, reels, captions, and the calendar/posting order to go with them.
Step 3: Final output
We put the finished month back in the same folder, ready for you to review and post.
Step 4: Post
You look it over and publish from your own accounts, on your own schedule.
Onboard once, then monthly.

The onboarding isn't refundable once we've started work on your content plan. The full wording is in the Terms.
Monthly Retainer
₱10,000 - ₱16,000Monthly

- A content calendar, so you know what's going out and when
- The finished month delivered back to your folder, ready to publish
Six month minimum, then 30 days written notice either way.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. It's added at the rate the law requires and shown as its own line on your invoice, so you can always see what's our fee and what's the tax.

Have questions about our social media content creation?

No, and that's deliberate. We make the posts, the reels, the captions and the monthly calendar, and you publish them yourself from your own accounts. Your logins stay yours, and nothing goes out under your hotel's name that you haven't approved first. It also means that if you want to move a post or drop one, you can, without asking anybody.
Do you run ads for me?
No. We don't build, run or manage ad campaigns, and we never touch your ad spend or hold your money. If you decide to put money behind a post we've made, that's yours to do from your own account. If advertising is the thing you actually need, tell us on the call and we'll say straight away that it isn't us.
Do you take the photos and shoot the videos?
No. We don't do photography or video production, so there's no shoot on your quote. We work from what you already have: your room photos, your food, the view, and the clips on your phone. Bring what you've got to the call and we'll be straight with you about what we can make from it.
Do I get the editable files?
You get the finished posts and reels, ready to publish. We don't hand over layered or editable source files.
Is this part of the website build?
No. It's a separate service with its own price and its own minimum term, and it isn't bundled into the build or the Care Plan. You can take the build without it, start it later, or never take it at all.
What does it cost?
₱12,000 to onboard, once, which covers the foundational work and your content strategy. Then ₱10,000 or ₱16,000 a month depending on the package on your quote, with a six month minimum and 30 days written notice after that. Both are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the legal rate on your invoice. The onboarding isn't refundable once we've started work on your content plan.
