Here’s what hotel owners usually ask us before the call.
What actually happens on the call?
We'll ask about your hotel: how many rooms, how you take bookings now, and how your rates move between high and low season. Then we'll show you the working screens, including the booking site and system we built for a hotel here in Siargao, and tell you what we'd build for you and what it would cost. Fifteen minutes, and you'll come away knowing where you stand.
Am I going to get a hard sell?
No. It's a conversation about your hotel, and there's nothing to sign on the call. If your hotel isn't a fit for what we build, we'll tell you on the same call rather than let you find out three weeks later. We'd rather spend fifteen minutes and say so than sell somebody a system that's wrong for them.
Do I need anything ready before we talk?
Nothing at all. It helps if you know roughly how many rooms you have and what you charge in high and low season, though we're happy to work that out with you on the call. You don't need a website, a logo, or a single figure written down anywhere. If you'd like your own numbers in front of you first, the Direct Booking Audit works them out from five figures you already know, including the commission rate you set yourself.
My hotel only has a handful of rooms. Is that too small?
Almost certainly not. We build for hotels and resorts of roughly 5 to 50 rooms, so a small family-run place is exactly who this was made for. We're not the right fit for big chains with in-house teams, or for pure hostels and dorms. If you think you're somewhere on the line, ask us and we'll tell you straight.
