Who is behind this, and who would I be dealing with?
We're BlueFunnel Systems, a product built by Designblue, a brand and web agency in Salcedo Village, Makati City that's been making brand identities, websites and marketing systems for Philippine companies since 2007. Designblue Philippines Inc. is a registered Philippine company, and it's the company you'd be contracting with. The hotel product is the one we built for small hotels and resorts, from 5 to 50 rooms.
How long have you been doing this, and what have you actually built?
The agency work goes back to 2007, so that's nineteen years of brand and website work for Philippine companies. The hotel product is newer. We built the booking system ourselves and it's live, taking direct bookings for a hotel here in Siargao. On a call we'll show you the working screens instead of quoting you a result we haven't measured.
Who actually works on my hotel website?
Designers, developers, content creators and support specialists, all under one roof. The people drawing your room pages and the people building your booking engine work in the same studio, on the same hotel.
If something goes wrong after launch, who do I talk to?
If you're on a Care Plan, you message us on Viber and WhatsApp during business hours, Monday to Friday and a real person answers. There's no ticket queue and no phone tree, because ongoing technical support is one of the things that plan covers. If you stop it, your website and your bookings keep running. You own them.
